Nichijou - Mio loses it: This scene from Nichijou is one of the funniest things I've ever seen in anime. Mio is trying to study, but she keeps getting interrupted by random things, like a bird flying into her window and a cat knocking over her books. She eventually loses her temper and starts screaming, which is just too funny.

One Punch Man - Saitama vs. the mosquito: This scene from One Punch Man is a perfect example of Saitama's power. He's trying to kill a mosquito, but he can't seem to hit it. It's just too funny to watch him struggle so much.
